Fargo "Code Red" in place. Friday March 27, 2009 is a big day to fight the new projection of 42-43 feet. No extra travel allowed. National Guard assist in limiting road travel. Voluntary evacuations for high risk areas. Contingency (secondary) dikes being created. SouthWest and NorthWest Moorhead both told to evacuate.
